This wax includes either the upper half or lower half of the back, if you don’t have a lot of hair on your back this is a great way to still remove unwanted hair while keeping your waxing affordable.
You will see best results with repeated waxing, normally after 4 or 5 sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart you will see a big reduction in hair growth, you’ll be smoother for longer in-between sessions and you’ll have less breakouts.
This service is done with a high quality strip wax. We cleanse the area with a cooling pre-cleanser then we apply a tiny amount of a protective oil and apply the wax. Our high quality strip wax is applied extremely thin and is far more comfortable on the skin than traditional honey waxes of the past. Once the wax has been applied, it is removed with paper strips in small sections. We then apply an after wax oil to soothe and calm the skin after the service and to remove any sticky residue that may be left behind.
For 24 hours after your wax it is important to keep your skin out of the sun (whether this is the natural sun or using a sun bed). If you like to go to the gym it’s important for you to plan your waxing session around that, as you are advised not to do any strenuous exercise for 24 hours after your wax it is perfectly fine to go to the gym before your waxing session but not after
You also need to avoid anything heat related such as swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms and anything with fragrance or other perfumes. It’s best to only stick to products recommend by your therapist for the first 24 hours after your wax as these products will be suitable for freshly waxed skin.
We recommend having this service done every 3 to 4 weeks to maintain results.
