To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and our team, we have established a set of policies that we kindly ask you to adhere to.These policies are in place to ensure a positive experience for all of our clients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

Booking and Consultation:

Online Bookings Only: All bookings must be made online. We do not accept bookings or cancellations by phone. To view all available days and times, please use the online booking tab on our website.

Booking Process: When you book an appointment with us, a consultation form will be sent to you via email. We kindly request that you fill out this form as soon as possible to help us determine your suitability for the service.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please be mindful of the following:

  • Forfeiting of Deposit: Any changes, reschedules, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiting of your 50% deposit. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.
  • Online Changes: All appointments can be moved or canceled online through the online booking tab as long as there is more than 24 hours notice given. If you are under 24 hours notice, please contact the salon by email at [email protected].

Appointment Guidelines:

Your well-being and the safety of our team and other clients are of utmost importance to us. To maintain a comfortable and secure environment, we kindly request that you:

  • Arrive Alone: For the benefit of all our clients and the limitations of our space, we kindly ask that you arrive alone for your appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests or children due to health and safety reasons.
  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to your appointment. We offer a 5-minute grace period, but late arrivals may result in a shorter service with full charges still applied. We aim to provide you with the best possible experience, and punctuality helps us achieve this goal.


Tipping our staff is completely optional. However, if you would like to show your appreciation for our hardworking employees, you can conveniently tip by card through the iPads in the rooms. Rest assured, 100% of your tip goes directly to your chosen employee
